Tour of Spišská Pálenica

Within the tour you will have opportunity to insight the production premises of the Spišská Pálenica distillery and the premises of Fruit and Forest Fruit Processing, which have been covered with a veil of secret for the public. The tour accompanied by professional guide commentary will reveal you the process of fruit processing, fermentation of sour, distillation, maturing and blending in oak vats, as well as juniper farm, along with product portfolio presentation. The tour offers also the opportunity of controlled tasting of the Spišská Pálenica distillery products.
Professionally commented exhibition tour takes approx. 60 minutes.

The Small Spišská Koštovka tasting is a controlled tasting based on basic human senses. It includes tasting of products Original Spišská KOSHER (Original Spišská Borovička 40 % KOSHER, Original Spišská Slivovica 52 % KOSHER, Original Spišská Malinovica 40 % KOSHER, Bonus tasting of the Spiš´s distillate KOSHER).

The Big Spišská Koštovka tasting is an extension of the Small Spišská Koštovka tasting with products „Noblemen Collection“, namely (4 types of fruit flavored distillates Original Spišská KOSHER, Jogaila Rum black 38 %, Zamoyski Brandy 40 %, Jan II. Gin London dry 40 %).

Vlastnoručné naplnenie fľaše spišským destilátom. Sami si nalepíte vypísanú etiketu a hrdlo fľaše zalejete voskom.
